Ageing potential: 3 years
Best drinking period: within two years after bottling
Vinification: selection of the best must (60 % of the total must), fermentation at controlled-temperature of 17-18 C. After fermentation, the new wine is let rest on the lees for three months.
Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections
Nose: full and complex: acacia flowers, broom, accented notes di fresh white fruits (apple and pear) and almond.
Mouth: dry and harmonious with a pleasant acid tone that provides freshness and persistence
Serving temperature: 8-12 °C
Matching tips: ideal as apéritif, and along with fish.
