Winemaking
starts in early September with Chardonnay and ends at the
end of October with the Nebbiolos. We dream a world made to
meet man's needs, where the seasons, marked by sowing and
harvest, make us feel in harmony with nature, with the earth
and with people. In this frame of mind, guests are invited
to relax in the profound silence and echoes of nature.
